It seems that Jess is attached to star in a new film, this one being a film adaptation of “Where Rainbows End,” which is a novel by German author Cecelia Ahern (P.S. I Love You).

Not much is known about the project other than it’s currently in early development stages and that Donald Petrie (How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Miss Congeniality) will direct and Juliette Towhidi (Calendar Girls) will be writing the screenplay.

Here is a brief paragraph about the film which includes a synopsis;

Jessica Biel is attached to star in the romance Where Rainhows End based on the novel by Cecelia Ahern. The story follows Rosie and Alex as their decades-long relationship develop from friendship into love and survives many trials. Donald Petrie directs with an adapted script by Juliette Towhidi.

Since there has been no official announcement of the film, I think it’s safe to say it will be a little while until we know the official status of this project.

    Because of your wonderful and professional website, I find myself more and more intrigued by Jesse’s acting career. I am really looking forward to watching her in “Emanuel and the Truth about Fishes” and would love to see her in more challenging roles. This new project sounds like another romantic chick flick and she can do these roles in her sleep.
