Jesse’s highly anticipated indie drama, “Shiva and May” has been renamed and is now “Bleeding Heart.” I love it! It pulls you in but leaves you wanting to find out more. We also have a new synopsis for the film:

Reserved yoga instructor May’s (Jessica Biel) peaceful, clean-living life is thrown out of balance by the arrival of her long-lost sister Shiva (Zosia Mamet), a street-smart yet naive young woman trapped in an abusive relationship. May feels compelled to rescue the hapless Shiva, but she finds herself increasingly drawn out of her sedate world and deeper into Shiva’s chaotic one. With Edi Gathegi, Joe Anderson, Kate Burton, and Harry Hamlin.

The festival will take place from April 15th to the 26th in New York City.

No word if Jesse will attend any of the events for the film.

One comment on “Jessica Biel’s “Shiva and May” Becomes “Bleeding Heart” and Will Premiere at the TriBeCa Film Festival

I did like the movie a lot. Jessica Biel did a great job as May, the yoga instructor with the otherwise bland life until she gets involved with “Shiva.” Plus, she is great to look at. Zosia Mamet played her role so well. (I wonder if she is related to David Mamet.) Joe Anderson was truly scary. Good little flick.
