People Magazine is reporting that Jessica Biel and Estee’s Stanley’s business venture, Au Fudge, will open in May 2015 now that it has received all necessary permits.

“They’ve run into the usual snags and delays any new restaurant owner has, but it looks like they’re on track now.”

The chef who was working with Jessica and Estee recently removed himself from the project but his team gave the following quote:

There are no hard feelings on either side, it was just the right decision at this time. He wishes them all the best!

Hopefully everything falls into place and “Au Fudge” is the success it should be! I hope they keep the rainbow inspired dishes, I think that’s so cool ha.
