Jesse’s latest project, “Emanuel and the Truth About Fishes” is set to begin filming on Monday, according to Alex Sagalchik.

The film stars Kaya Scodelario, Alfred Molina, Frances O’Connor, Jimmi Simpson, and new-comer, Aneurin Barnard. Jessica will being playing Linda, a woman who lost her child and carries around a life-like baby doll and cares for it as if it were her own. Scodelario will play the title character, Emanuel. Molina will portray Emanuel’s father, and France O’Connor will be playing the step-mother. Simpson is playing Emanuel’s co-worker, and Barnard will be the love interest. The film is being directed by Francesca Gregorini.

It’s going to be very exciting seeing this film come together, Jesse hasn’t ever had a role quite this dramatic. I’m stoked!

This also interfere’s with “Playing the Field” re-shoots, does that mean Jesse is NOT going back to Shreveport this week for filming? Guess we will have to wait and see.

UPDATE: Thanks to our reader, Jen, we now have a tweet from an extra on set of “Playing the Field”
