Au Fudge, the new family restaurant owned by Jessica Biel, Estee Stanley, Kimberly Muller, Monica Saunders-Weinberg, Joey Gonzalez and Jon Rollo, kicked off their recent opening with an announcement to power their business with 100% clean energy, and held a special private event to showcase the restaurant’s commitment to green practices. The Sierra Club awarded Au Fudge with the inaugural “Green Leaders Award” as part of the Sierra Club’s new “Ready for 100” campaign for 100% clean and renewable energy.
